• Failure to cooperate with the verification process.
• Being inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Self-exclusion request made at the member's own initiative.

Before an account is closed, members will be given the opportunity to withdraw any legitimate balance, unless the closure is due to prohibited activity.
